- Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and Technologists from our Methods groups.
- Assume all HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
- Have to coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
- Be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.
- Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
- Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.
- You hold a bachelor degree or a MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a aerospace industry.
- You have excellent management skills.
- You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
- You are resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.
- You demonstrate affinities in communication and leadership, in addition to your strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
- You have an advanced level of English that allows you to speak in meetings or technical conversations.
