SAP FICO Consultant
to join our team and support our SAP implementation and optimization efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

As an
SAP FICO Consultant
, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO modules for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that our SAP solutions meet business requirements, improve financial operations, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Implementation & Configuration
    : Lead and support SAP FICO implementation and optimization projects. Configure SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules based on client needs and business requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement
    : Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes using SAP FICO capabilities, including accounting, reporting, cost controlling, and budgeting.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    : Create and execute test plans to ensure the system meets functional specifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  • Training & Support
    : Provide training to end users and SAP key users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
  • Documentation
    : Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and changes to the SAP system.
  • Project Management
    : Work with project teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Assist with resource planning, risk management, and ensuring the quality of the SAP implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience
    : Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support. Experience with full project lifecycle (from blueprinting to go-live).
  • Expertise
    : Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    : Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Proficiency in SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical Skills
    : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Communication
    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Certifications
    : SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience with SAP FICO in specific industries such as Pharmaceutical and Medical
  • Experience with
    SAP S/4HANA

  • Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.).
