Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

  • Define and implement a comprehensive mobile architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable design principles for iOS and Android applications.

Design & Development

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor and guide mobile development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide architectural oversight to maintain quality and consistency across projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and intuitive mobile experiences.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to meet product and business objectives efficiently.

Quality & Performance

  • Champion performance optimization, security, and code quality through best practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define and enforce development standards and methodologies for high-quality deliverables.

Technology Evaluation & Integration

  • Research and evaluate emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep the mobile ecosystem innovative and competitive.
  • Oversee integration of third-party applications, SDKs, and connected devices into mobile platforms.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years
    of experience in mobile application development, with
    at least 4–5 years
    in an architectural or technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode)
    and
    Android (Java, Kotlin, Android SDK)
    development.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cross-platform frameworks
    such as
    React Native
    or
    Flutter
    .
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance mobile solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycles, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical direction.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation and staying current with mobile technology trends.
