Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The role focuses on managing accounting and reporting, analysis, and providing business and process support, while adhering to service SLAs, IP policies and procedures, US GAAP, financial regulations, and SOX in a customer-centric environment.

  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with PepsiCo's requirements and policies.
  • Manage financial positions/tasks that fall outside the SSC's responsibilities and proactively propose solutions for process improvement.

The role involves interaction with control teams, business unit control teams, and outsourced delivery teams.

Your Impact

  • Provide coaching / mentoring to the team.
  • KPI's monitoring and monthly presentation.
  • Foster a Culture of continues improvement.
  • Close interaction with OU to foment networking and service.
  • Support effective change management process.
  • Achieve AOP - cost per transaction.
  • Support LATAM GBS Control RTR Director to drive People Strategy and Core People Processes.
  • Contribute to improve and maintain a healthy organizational climate (OHS)

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • University degree, preferably in Accounting
  • Financial technical skills achieved through experience or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Work experience 8+ years of proven experience in a similar position is a must
  • SAP knowledge;
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and / or Local GAAP
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English). 90% English (writing, reading, conversation).
  • Executive maturity, autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized
  • Problem solver, logical aptitude, handle tough stakeholders
  • Ability to lead multiple task forces at the same time, capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project); ability to create complex formulas in Excel
  • Experience of Financial Reporting Systems and Databases e.g.,SAP/ Oracle
  • Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-motivated
