The production supervisor will oversee our production operations, guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast paced environment like production. The production supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process

Responsabilities:

  • Set SQDCP daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Coordinate and control the production process with CFT to meet the planned target.
  • Coordinate the production plan with the areas as needed such as equipment, manpower and installations according with the company plans.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Oversee and coach employees.
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
  • Submit and elaborate reports on performance and progress that can assure correct materials, parts and finish goods product inventory.
  • Check production output according to specifications.
  • Report needed headcount for production line and work with HR managing DL and IDL employees

Requirements:

  • +3 year's experience with electronic or automotive industries experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
