What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical expertise and support for new products development.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives (FSR) and Field Application Engineers (FAE) to address customer inquiries and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support the qualification and integration of supplier portfolio products into customer applications.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Littelfuse supplier to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and technical presentations for internal teams and customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Typically requires 6–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related degree.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
  • Deep knowledge of circuit protection.
  • Experience with voltage protection circuits and EMI filters.
  • Knowledge of TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors), protection diodes, and reverse battery voltage protection.
  • Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection and general electronics principles.
  • Proficiency in working with power components, including IGBTs, gate drivers, and various types of MOSFETs.
  • Familiarity with passive components and their applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with international teams and suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$38, $59,400.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
