Job Summary

You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to enhance security measures, optimize asset compliance, and ensure continuous improvement across our infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and assess patching effectiveness across Windows Server, Windows Client, and Linux environments, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain compliance monitoring dashboards.
  • Facilitate the remediation of patching and configuration deficiencies by working closely with system owners and key stakeholders to apply patches, perform reboots, and ensure effective remediation.
  • Execute and maintain operating system and hardware lifecycle management according to established standards.
  • Ensure patching and configuration management practices align with the corporate information security management system (ISMS).
  • Conduct compliance audits and generate reports.
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for operational procedures and configurations.
  • Work with the cyber threat intel team to stay up to date on zero-day vulnerabilities and disseminate relevant threat information to IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to document security control deficiencies.
Skills
  • Powershell Automation and Scripting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Desired State Configuration (DSC), security baselines, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented while able to consider the broader impact of security measures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, particularly in patch management and asset compliance.
  • Relevant certifications in IT security, asset management, or patch management (such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Security+, or Flexera certification).
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
