Position: Appointment Setter for Solar (Call Center)

We are seeking bilingual call center agents, solar sales representatives, and appointment setters. Candidates with experience in real estate, roofing, home improvement, or solar sales—particularly in outbound calls, lead generation, or closing—are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule high-quality consultations for our solar specialists.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions.
What We Offer
- Lucrative Compensation:
- Base salary of $800 USD per month.
- $100 USD commission per installation — past agents average 5–10 installations per month.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

- Competitive and ambitious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to overcome objections and stay persistent.
- Must have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection to work remotely.
