Actualmente buscamos un QA Engineer Automation con experiencia sólida en Mabl
, capaz de diseñar, implementar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas que garanticen la calidad continua de nuestras aplicaciones dentro de pipelines CI/CD, colaborando con equipos de desarrollo, DevOps y producto.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afín.
  • Mínimo
    5 años de experiencia en QA
    , incluyendo
    al menos 3 años en automatización de pruebas
    .
  • Experiencia en automatización de pruebas
    End-to-End, regresión, integración, smoke y performance
    , preferentemente con
    Mabl
    .
  • Conocimiento en configuración de pruebas automatizadas dentro de pipelines
    CI/CD
    (Harness, GitLab, etc.).
  • Manejo de
    Git
    y herramientas de gestión de defectos (Jira).
  • Experiencia analizando resultados de pruebas, métricas de calidad y documentación.
  • Validación de
    APIs y microservicios
    con Mabl API Testing.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio (lectura y documentación); español avanzado.

Conocimientos Deseables

  • Herramientas de performance testing (Blazemeter, Taurus, JMeter).
  • Pruebas en entornos cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).
  • Conocimientos en Selenium, Cypress o Playwright.
  • Familiaridad con BDD/Gherkin (Cucumber, Behave).
  • Monitoreo de calidad continua (Prisma Cloud, SonarQube, Lighthouse).
  • Conocimientos básicos de contenedores y Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener pruebas automatizadas para asegurar la calidad continua de las aplicaciones.
  • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD y asegurar su correcta ejecución.
  • Analizar resultados, métricas y generar reportes de calidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para definir criterios de aceptación automatizados.
  • Documentar casos de prueba automatizados y estrategias de prueba.
  • Validar APIs, microservicios y realizar pruebas de desempeño cuando se requiera.
  • Gestionar defectos e incidentes hasta su resolución final.

Certificaciones Deseables:

●    Certificación en QA Automation o Testing (ISTQB, Mabl Certified Tester, o similar).

●    Certificación en DevOps o CI/CD (opcional).
