Job Description

A Mexican industrial company with international operations is looking for
bilingual junior talent
to join its commercial team as an
Inside Sales
representative.

This role focuses on
commercial prospecting for the U.S. market
and is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in sales, develop professionally in an industrial environment, and have direct exposure to international clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect industrial clients in the United States.
  • Make initial contact and conduct commercial outreach with potential clients.
  • Research companies and build prospect databases.
  • Follow up with prospects and record information in the CRM system.
  • Support the commercial team in business development activities.
  • Meet basic prospecting and outreach targets.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in final stage.
  • Advanced English (C1 level required).
  • Clear communication skills, organization.
  • Comfortable making calls and conducting commercial outreach.

Preferred

  • Visa and passport.
  • Previous experience through internships, professional practices, social service, or customer service roles.
