Principales responsabilidades:

  • Detectar áreas de oportunidad donde la IA pueda aportar mejoras tangibles al negocio.
  • Definir la estrategia tecnológica y las prioridades de implementación.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar proyectos de IA desde la fase conceptual hasta su puesta en marcha.
  • Implementar y mantener soluciones basadas en modelos generativos y machine learning.
  • Capacitar al personal interno en el uso y aplicación de herramientas de IA.
  • Medir resultados, generar reportes y escalar proyectos exitosos.

Perfil requerido:

  • Titulado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias Computacionales, Mecatrónica o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA/ML en producción.
  • Conocimiento de modelos generativos y LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Manejo de frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph o Hugging Face.
  • Experiencia con arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) y agentes de IA.
  • Familiaridad con entornos cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
  • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo, mentalidad innovadora y enfoque en resultados.
