Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

Skills: Advanced English (spoken and written), interpretation of technical drawings and GD&T.

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Manufacturing Engineer, experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and 14001.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure the execution of phases 2, 3, and 4 of APQP with the local team.

Lead the introduction of new products and processes (NPI).

Provide technical support for the identification and resolution of productivity issues.

Analyze and evaluate manufacturing systems for the development of new projects.

Implement capital investment projects (CAPEX) for plant improvements.

Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
