Position Overview
We are looking for
two Sales Engineers
to strengthen our commercial presence in the
Northern Border Region
. These roles will be based in
Nuevo Laredo and Reynosa
, with responsibility for covering key industrial cities including:
- Nuevo Laredo
- Reynosa
- Matamoros
- Piedras Negras
- Ciudad Acuña
This position combines
technical sales, customer relationship management, and territory development
, focused on providing value-added industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing customers and prospects within the assigned border territory.
- Identify customer needs and promote technical solutions from our product portfolio.
- Sell industrial tools, equipment, and applications in line with assigned sales objectives.
- Develop and execute a
territory business plan
aligned with company goals. - Prepare
sales forecasts and monthly activity reports
. - Conduct
product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site evaluations
. - Support customers with accurate sales information, including
new product launches
. - Perform
geographic and account mapping
of current and potential customers. - Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, service, and technical expertise.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related). - Minimum
2 years of experience
in industrial sales (equipment, tools, machinery, or technical solutions). - Experience working with
manufacturing plants, maquiladoras, or industrial clients
is highly desirable. - Intermediate English
required (reading and writing); spoken English is a strong plus. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical applications and translate them into business value.
- Self-driven, organized, and customer-focused.
- Availability to travel within the assigned border region.

Buscamos
dos Ingenieros de Ventas
para fortalecer nuestra presencia comercial en la
región fronteriza
. Las posiciones estarán basadas en
Nuevo Laredo y Reynosa
, con responsabilidad de atender el mercado industrial de:
- Nuevo Laredo
- Reynosa
- Matamoros
- Piedras Negras
- Ciudad Acuña
El puesto combina
ventas técnicas, desarrollo de cuentas y atención directa a clientes industriales
, con un enfoque en soluciones de valor agregado.
Responsabilidades
- Visitar de manera regular a clientes y prospectos dentro del territorio asignado.
- Identificar necesidades y promover soluciones técnicas de nuestro portafolio de productos.
- Cumplir los objetivos de venta establecidos por la Gerencia.
- Elaborar y ejecutar un
plan de negocios por territorio
alineado a los objetivos de la empresa. - Preparar
pronósticos de venta (Forecast)
y
reportes mensuales de actividad
. - Realizar
demostraciones de producto, presentaciones técnicas y pruebas en sitio
. - Brindar información comercial oportuna, incluyendo
lanzamientos de nuevos productos
. - Realizar el
mapeo geográfico
de clientes actuales y potenciales y reportarlo al gerente. - Construir relaciones de largo plazo basadas en confianza, servicio y conocimiento técnico.
- Coordinarse con áreas internas para asegurar una correcta implementación de las soluciones.
Perfil Requerido
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afín).
- Mínimo
2 años de experiencia
en ventas de equipo, herramientas o soluciones industriales. - Experiencia atendiendo plantas industriales o maquiladoras (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio
(lectura y escritura); inglés conversacional es un plus. - Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y orientada al negocio.
- Enfoque comercial, actitud proactiva y orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región asignada.
