*About the Job:*
We're looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Production Supervisor to join our team in Los Reyes. In this role, you'll lead a team of operators, help keep our production running smoothly, and make sure we stay compliant with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

*In your future role as Production Supervisor, you will:*

  • Ensure compliance with tasks and responsibilities outlined in our Integrated Safety System (SIA – Sistema Integral de Administración)
  • Oversee that all operational staff follow procedures tied to the Quality Management System (SGC – Sistema de Gestión de Calidad)
  • Make sure the team follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) wherever they apply
  • Maintain standard production yields and cycle times
  • Ensure pressure equipment logs (when applicable) are completed correctly
  • Take corrective actions to keep products within spec and aligned with the quality system guidelines
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and disciplined work environment that follows company policies
  • Verify that all quality records are properly filled out
  • Request maintenance support when equipment requires it—and follow up until the issue is resolved
  • Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe to work in
  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions
  • Plan and assign daily tasks to operators based on production needs
  • Help train unionized staff (when applicable)
  • Participate in writing operational procedures (when applicable)
  • Take part in emergency response teams (firefighting, evacuation, first aid, etc.) and help train your team accordingly
  • Enter production data into SAP (if applicable)
  • Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
  • Join MTS (Manufacturing Technical Support) rounds and follow up on corrective actions until resolved
  • Implement and maintain the 5S program (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in your area

*We believe you bring:*

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering – must be a graduate
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar production environment
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Willing to work onsite at our Los Reyes plant (Monday to Friday) - Non negotiable
  • Strong understanding of Core Tools (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC)
  • Familiarity with Maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Experience managing teams, planning production, and generating reports

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Maintenance and CAPEX Manager.
