Marketing Project Manager

You'll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Manager is capable of bridging the gap between Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Traditional (PMI) methodologies to lead high-impact Digital Transformation and eCommerce projects.
  • It is a high-stakes strategic role requiring technical proficiency in APIs and advanced management tools (Jira, MS Project), alongside the executive presence to negotiate with C-level stakeholders (CEO/CFO).
  • The most critical success factors include autonomous risk management, process optimization, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, value-driven business solutions.

What will help you succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Training or certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
  • Advanced project planning: agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Advanced project planning defining roadmaps, schedules, critical paths, and dependencies.
  • Portfolio management and initiative prioritization.
  • Monitoring KPIs, progress control, and executive reporting.
  • Risk and issue management (identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring).
  • Documentation management, meeting minutes, records, and follow-up on agreements.
  • Project budget management (costing, expense control, invoicing).
  • Intermediate-advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, dashboards).
  • Experience with remote communication and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
