Únete a nuestro equipo como Team Lead de Soporte a TI en sitio. Serás encargado de gestionar al equipo de soporte de TI para brindar un servicio de calidad a nuestro cliente.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9am a 6pm.

Ubicación: Col. Ampliación Reforma Puebla

Requirements

  • Licenciatura/Ingeniería en Sistemas o afín (Titulado).
  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años como Team Lead y/o coordinando equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en Soporte a usuarios (presencial)

Actividades principales:

  • Alto grado de responsabilidad, compromiso y enfoque total al usuario final.
  • Brindar soluciones inmediatas.
  • Coordinación de equipos de trabajo.

Experiencia y conocimientos indispensables:

  • ITIL
  • Windows, Mac OS
  • Estructura de equipos DELL & HP
  • Herramientas de asistencia remota ( Teamviewer & adds)
  • Windows server ( Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,FTPS)
  • Office 365
  • Sistemas de impresión ( Kyocera, HP, Sharp, EPSON)
  • Dispositivos móviles ( APPLE & ANDROID)
  • Soporte Hardware & Software
  • Uso de herramienta de tickets
  • Soporte a usuarios ( customer service)
