If you are living in Mexico City We are looking for a committed, loyal, and dedicated individual who possesses a positive attitude and leadership skills. It is important that the person has a willingness to learn and a good attitude. Fluency in Spanish and at least one of the following languages at an intermediate level is required: Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or English.

Qualities and Skills

  • Availability to answer phone calls most of the time with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
:

  • Provide excellent service to candidates interested in job vacancies in Poland.

  • Provide detailed information about available job vacancies, with data provided by our headquarters in Poland.

  • Disseminate information about vacancies on social media and other mass media.

  • Advise candidates on the legal processes necessary for legal stay in Poland (training will be provided).

  • Verify that candidates meet the requirements of the available vacancies.

  • Carry out the selection and screening of candidates.

  • Present detailed reports on the selection process.

  • Maintain continuous contact with candidates for follow-up on documentation and legal processes.

Requirements
:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and at least one of the following languages at an intermediate level: Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or English.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Proactivity and empathy in dealing with candidates.

  • Excellent attitude towards answering phone calls most of the time.

  • Exemplary responsibility and commitment to the brand.
