Propósito del Puesto

Diseñar arquitecturas de datos escalables y seguras, asegurando integración, calidad y disponibilidad para

aplicaciones y análisis.

Contexto Organizacional

Reporta al Data Manager. Colabora con equipos de desarrollo, BI y gobierno para garantizar alineación técnica y

estándares.

Responsabilidades Detalladas

  • Diseñar arquitecturas de datos para entornos cloud y on-premise.

  • Definir modelos de datos y estrategias de integración.

  • Implementar procesos de optimización y seguridad en bases de datos.

  • Documentar arquitecturas y mantener repositorios técnicos actualizados.

  • Asesorar en decisiones tecnológicas relacionadas con datos.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conocimiento en modelado de datos y arquitecturas distribuidas.

  • Experiencia en plataformas Big Data (Hadoop, Spark).

  • Familiaridad con servicios cloud (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse).

  • Conocimiento en herramientas ETL y pipelines.

Habilidades de Comunicación

  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.

  • Trabajo colaborativo.

  • Comunicación clara.
