What you will be doing:

This position communicates with Qualfon internal stakeholders and procurement team on vendor-related updates that include but are not limited to the following:

• Terms/price changes.
• Vendor updates for contacts, factories supplying products, changes in bank account
• Updates respective ERPs as it related to above by following standard written procedures
• Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements to supply chain management processes and systems.
• Explains policies, practices, and procedures to other functions to support Supply Chain Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• The purpose of the role is to ensure excellent customer service delivery. Oversee and manage service delivery by meeting all contractual / SLA commitments Contract compliance & adherence.
• The procure-to-pay process owner will be responsible for driving global finance transformation projects, governing the overall P2P process, and ensuring processes are standardized across all regions. Identify opportunities for process improvements, changes to policies and drive continuous culture improvement.
• Ensure all SLA parameters are met in the account Review and drive appropriate actions / systemic
• You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
• You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients

What skills you will need:

• B2+/C1 proficiency in English
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement processes. With relevant experience in procure-to-pay process.
• Specialization or knowledge TAX and IFRS
• Advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. MS Office applications. Advance Excel applications – Macro, Visual Basics, Graph.
• Minimum education on bachelor's degree, certificated.
• Professional appearance and conduct
