We're Hiring | Supplier Industrialization Engineer – Interiors (SIE)

Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Industrialization Engineer – Interiors (SIE) to join our team and support supplier quality and industrialization activities within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field

5–8 years of experience in Quality within automotive or manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001

Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

Experience leading audits, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement

Strong customer quality management background

Ability to work cross-functionally and promote a strong culture of quality and safety
