Ojetivo

Apoyar a la gerencia en la vigilancia, medición, control, mitigación e información sobre los distintos riesgos a los que están expuestas las Instituciones de Chubb Seguros y Chubb Fianzas, de manera integral, objetiva y eficiente, siguiendo el estándar corporativo y la normativa vigente. El puesto interactúa con áreas relacionadas en la identificación y medición de riesgos, no tiene reportes directos y su alcance es nacional.

Principales responsabilidades 

  • Colaborar en el proceso de Risk Register Survey para medir y evaluar fuentes de riesgo.
  • Participar en la elaboración trimestral de materiales para los Comités de Riesgos y Crédito, 
  • realizar la PSD de las compañías de Seguros y Fianzas.
  • Apoyar en la generación de análisis y  reportes de crédito mensuales para la Dirección General.
  • Generar y validar reportes de VaR para riesgos financieros y de concentración.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración del ORSA para su entrega a corporativo y regulador.
  • Registrar la base de datos de pérdidas operativas para reportar a los órganos de gobierno.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo avanzado de Office
  • Inglés avanzado (TOEFL +550 puntos, capaz de mantener conversaciones fluidas de negocios), 
  • Carrera en Actuaría 
  • Certificación/firma para la realización de la PSD, siendo estos últimos indispensables para el puesto.
  • Capacidad de comunicación, negociación y trabajo con equipos interdisciplinarios

La experiencia requerida es de 3 a 4 años en áreas de riesgo y 5 años en Seguros y Fianzas.
