We're seeking a visionary Art Director to join our creative team and lead the development of compelling visual storytelling across integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. This role plays a key part in translating strategic ideas into high-impact creative that engages audiences and elevates our clients' brands. You'll collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and production partners to bring concepts to life across digital, print, and experiential channels.

The ideal candidate is conceptually strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable guiding creative from ideation through execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about craft, collaboration, and creating visually driven work that delivers against both brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and direct creative concepts with the project team, adhering to client briefs and communicating brands effectively through visual design.
  • Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative personnel in the development of artwork, layout, and visual standards.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the marketing and strategy departments to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and is consistent with the overall brand strategy.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and tools, and be ready to apply modern design techniques to client projects.
  • Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-media placements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and a clean aesthetic.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize and articulate creative visions clearly.
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and media communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving projects to timely completion.
