Descripción del puesto
Como Analista WMS Microsoft Dynamics en TOTTO, serás responsable de gestionar, analizar y optimizar los procesos relacionados con el sistema de gestión de almacenes (WMS) y la herramienta Microsoft Dynamics. Realizarás tareas diarias como brindar soporte técnico, resolver problemas de sistema y colaborar con diferentes equipos para mejorar la operación logística. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo y se desempeñará de manera presencial en nuestra sede de Ciudad de México, México.

Requisitos

  • Habilidades analíticas sólidas para interpretar datos y optimizar procesos empresariales.
  • Conocimientos en las áreas de tecnología de la información y manejo de herramientas como Microsoft Dynamics relacionadas con sistemas WMS.
  • Experiencia brindando soporte técnico y solución de problemas complejos con enfoque en sistemas empresariales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, favoreciendo la colaboración efectiva.
  • Se valorará tener experiencia previa en un entorno similar y actitud proactiva hacia la resolución de problemas.
