En Skala acompañamos a una empresa tecnológica mexicana especializada en soluciones de datos y seguridad, que desarrolla herramientas de análisis e inteligencia para apoyar decisiones estratégicas de negocio y gobierno.
Sobre el rolBuscamos un/a Analista de Business Intelligence Semi Senior (BI SSR) apasionado/a por los datos y la analítica. Será responsable de integrar, transformar y visualizar información para generar insights accionables que impulsen decisiones de negocio y eficiencia operativa.
Responsabilidades principales- Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e indicadores clave (KPIs).
- Analizar datos provenientes de distintas fuentes (bases de datos, APIs, archivos planos).
- Diseñar y optimizar modelos de datos y procesos ETL.
- Generar reportes automatizados y presentaciones ejecutivas.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para identificar oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos.
- Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de la información.
- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas, Estadística o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis de datos o BI.
- Conocimientos sólidos en SQL y modelado de datos.
- Experiencia con herramientas de BI: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik o Looker.
- Conocimiento en procesos ETL, Python o R (deseable).
- Deseable experiencia en entornos Azure o Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estructurado.
- Atención al detalle y precisión en el manejo de datos.
- Comunicación clara y enfoque en impacto de negocio.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
