The Opportunity

We're seeking a Marketplace Hunter to join our early-stage team. You'll be the driving force behind our marketplace growth — proactively connecting Clients and Vendors and helping shape the future of how facilities maintenance gets done in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (Facility Managers, Property Management Firms, Retail Chains).
  • Use LinkedIn, industry databases, and creative sourcing to build relationships.
  • Match clients and vendors to generate transactions on our platform.
  • Be the frontline representative of TG in the US facilities maintenance market.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have worked in the USA (experience in Facilities Maintenance required).
  • Hunter mentality: You love finding opportunities and closing connections.
  • Industry insight: Understanding of the US FM market.
  • Communication: Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Digital tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
  • Resilience: You see "no" as a step closer to "yes."
