About the Role
We are looking for a
Full-Stack Developer
to join our team and help drive the development and evolution of this system. You will work with
React
on the frontend and
Fastify/TypeScript
on the backend, handle API integrations (
Twilio & ElevenLabs
), manage the database, and support deployment on
AWS
.
Your contribution will be key to optimizing the platform, improving performance, and ensuring that our call center agents have a reliable, cutting-edge tool.
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced English
(mandatory) - Frontend:
React + TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, WebSockets, UI libraries (Mantine or similar) - Backend:
Fastify ), WebSocket servers, API integrations - Auth & Database:
Firebase Authentication, SQL Databases (Prisma ORM) - DevOps:
AWS EC2, NGINX, SSL/WSS, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), PM2/systemd - Ability to read vendor documentation and debug technical issues (Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves
- WebRTC and real-time communications
- Audio processing (resampling, jitter buffers, packet handling)
- Monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
- Docker & Terraform (infrastructure as code)
