The Impact You'll Make

As our Director, Operations SEN MX you'll play a key role in lead our newly established manufacturing site through its critical ramp-up phase — transforming it into a high-performing, sustainable production hub for the Americas.

Your impact? Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with our global supply chain strategy — strengthening our ability to serve customers faster, more reliably, and more competitively

You'll collaborate with teams and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more innovative and inclusive  future.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning the end-to-end site performance - leading production, maintenance, logistics, quality, safety, and engineering to deliver best-in-class results
  • Driving ramp-up excellence, ensuring stable processes, capability growth, and readiness for volume scaling
  • Building and developing a strong leadership team and culture of ownership, safety, continuous improvement, and growth mindset
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other global manufacturing sites, Sales teams, and functions to deliver resilience and performance

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in plant or operations leadership, including strategy development and execution within a global manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and EHS leadership, driving measurable performance improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization, building alignment and collaboration across regions and functions
  • Exceptional people-leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and growth mindset
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across cultures and functions
