Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Operations Supervisor ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Dirige y coordina las actividades operativas en el proceso de fabricación, para alcanzar los objetivos de producción de acuerdo con los requisitos de coste, calidad y entrega.

Como es un día en el trabajo:

  • Responsable de la operación de un área que abarca el proceso de fabricación End to End.
  • Administrar y desarrollar al personal a cargo (Supervisores y tecnicos).
  • Revisa y establece la necesidades y recursos de su área.
  • Coordina las actividades de producción con otros grupos funcionales tales como los de planificación, control de producción, e ingenierías.
  • Responsable del control de la operación de fabricación e integración y de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad y costes de producción
  • Responsable de llevar a cabo métricos y kpis que involucren a su área.
  • Revisar los presupuestos y calendarios exigidos por la dirección.
  • Regular las relaciones con los directivos y/o los principales clientes para mantener las relaciones con ellos.
  • Resolver situaciones controvertidas, negociaciones con clientes internos o influir, así como capacidad de persuasión a los niveles directivos para los logros de la planta.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • Licenciatura o ingeniería concluida.
  • Experiencia en el puesto o similar.
  • Facilidad de comunicación.
  • Experiencia en gestión de personal.
  • Conocimientos ERP´S (Baan) sería un plus.
  • Excel Intermedio.
  • Manejo de personal.
