Job Purpose:
Ensure the maintenance of the quality system based on IATF 16949, government/regulatory requirements and applicable customer specific requirements.

Ensure the correct implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the document control system throughout the organization

Key Job Responsibilities:
Generic:

  • Ensure the deployment of the Zero defect mind set throughout all manufacturing process team members
  • Achieve and maintain quality objectives & improvements (External & Internal).
  • Ensure the accomplishment of IATF16949 / I SO14001 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
  • Ensure 5S's requirements adherence within the area.
  • Ensure the team members adherence to the safety rules and assure that the Lines/ Cells are free of unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure and promote the Safety & Ergonomic objectives accomplishment within the area.
  • Supporting the process improvements strategy (OPEX Implementation).
  • Developing presentations (ppt) for the Area performance indicators and develop action plans for no compliance indicators.
  • Participating in the Daily/Weekly/ Monthly meeting required to monitoring their Quality System Process performance applicable.
  • Ensuring the new products production process are according to the mnfg. Standard

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job
:

  • Problem solving methodologies skills and tools.
  • Intermediate Metrology
  • Teaching-learning techniques
  • Minimum 3 years in similar position
  • Professional grade: Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanics, etc.
  • Desirable experience in internal/external system audits, product audits, process audits, leyer process audit and customer audits/assessment.
  • Document and records control tools
