About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Cancún. The ideal candidate is a mid-level to senior engineer with experience across both backend and frontend development. You will work on our internal dashboard, implement new features, improve system performance, and ensure platform reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain our internal dashboard and full-stack applications

Implement new features end-to-end (backend + frontend)

Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack

Optimize code quality, performance, and system reliability

Work with APIs, databases, and AWS cloud services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product improvements

Participate in code reviews and maintain best engineering practices

Required Skills & Experience

Proven full-stack development experience

Strong English (spoken and written)

3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer

Proficiency with:

React

AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)

SQL / PostgreSQL

REST APIs

Solid understanding of backend systems, frontend architecture, and application lifecycle

Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on schedule

Nice to Have (Advantages)

Experience with MCP (advantage)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with microservices or serverless environments

Startup or fast-paced tech environment experience

Knowledge of TypeScript
