Junior Derivatives Analyst

Job Summary:
We're looking for a sharp, driven analyst to support our global derivatives business. You'll work closely with trading, operations, risk, and technology teams to help manage day-to-day derivative workflows, support new product and market initiatives, and assist in project execution across the organization. Someone who's curious, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, and eager to grow into a broader derivatives or operations role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support daily derivatives operations, including trade lifecycle oversight, P&L checks, and exposure monitoring.
- Assist with onboarding new markets, products, and clearing or brokerage relationships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from planning through execution (technology builds, process improvements, integrations, etc.).
- Provide analytical support to traders and senior stakeholders.
- Help maintain documentation, controls, and reporting related to derivative activity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. Finance or Business degree highly preferred.
- Proven C1 or higher English level.
- 2-4 years of experience in derivatives, operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong project-management skills; ability to own and coordinate workstreams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Working or intermediate knowledge of Python and Excel for automation, risk and analysis.
