Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
Organize and distribute the work among the personnel under his charge and verify that the product complies with the specifications established in the operating instructions, to guarantee the fulfillment of the production programs with the required quality indexes and at the required productivity level.
The main missions of the role are:
Process control.
Quick Response Meeting Leader (Customer claims / internal defects management /Warranty claims/ Fast response / Top 1 defects / Final Inspection / Process / NC detected in Process Audits).
Daily meeting with MOD and Management.
Analysis and solution of Quality problems.
Daily review of Internal Quality Level.
Daily review of Efficiency and Productivity per area.
Proposal of weekly production schedule (sequence & priorities).
Daily review of compliance to shipment.
Set Up / Process change management.
OK FIRST PART (Set up/ PKYK).
Risk assessment.
Daily Follow up of lean tools implementation.
Monitoring 5S at factory.
Scrap declaration.
Follow up to Negatives inventories, Cycle counts, COGIS & SAP inventories.
Improvement Ideas Follow up.
Reporting OEE, DLE and TEEP.
Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language: Intermediate English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Automotive Industry preferred).
Experience:
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (TPM, SMED, Cycle time).
Experience managing people (Gender).
Skills and competencies:
Knowledge and identification of environmental aspects and impacts.
Basic IATF16949 knowledge.
Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, energy, and environmental standards.
Knowledge and identification of environmental aspects and impacts.
Basic ISO14001.
