En Inlaze estamos buscando un/a Content Manager Senior que combine visión estratégica, creatividad y enfoque en resultados para liderar la creación de contenido que conecte, convierta y posicione nuestra marca.

Tu misión
Serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de contenidos de principio a fin: desde la idea hasta la medición.
Coordinarás equipos, optimizarás procesos y asegurarás que cada pieza de contenido sume a los objetivos del negocio y aporte valor real a la audiencia.

Responsabilidades generales

Estrategia y planificación

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y las necesidades del público.
  • Supervisar el calendario editorial, asegurando un flujo constante y coherente de contenido de calidad.

Producción y distribución de contenido

  • Gestionar la creación y difusión de contenido en distintos formatos: artículos, blogs, redes sociales, newsletters, videos y más.
  • Coordinar con diseño, marketing y ventas para asegurar que el contenido potencie campañas y objetivos comerciales.
  • Garantizar la coherencia del tono y voz de la marca en todos los canales.

Investigación, análisis y optimización

  • Identificar tendencias, oportunidades temáticas y necesidades de la audiencia mediante investigación constante.
  • Medir el rendimiento del contenido con métricas clave (tráfico, engagement, conversiones, etc.) y ajustar estrategias en base a los datos.
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de SEO para maximizar la visibilidad orgánica.

Requisitos

  • 3 años de experiencia en marketing de contenidos, gestión editorial o roles similares.
  • Redacción y edición impecables, con foco en claridad, tono y storytelling.
  • Conocimiento sólido en SEO y optimización de contenido para buscadores.
  • Manejo de CMS como WordPress, HubSpot u otras plataformas similares.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de contenido de forma autónoma y colaborativa.
  • Experiencia usando herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics para medir resultados.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de tendencias en marketing digital y contenido.
  • Adaptabilidad y agilidad para trabajar en entornos cambiantes.
