This role owns organic social as a growth channel, using generative AI as a force multiplier for creative output and execution speed.
Role Objective

Own and scale the company's
organic social presence as a measurable growth engine
, not a branding exercise. This role is responsible for turning content into attention, attention into interest, and interest into pipeline by driving qualified organic traffic into lead magnets, email capture, and product activation.

This is a highly autonomous, creative, and execution-heavy role with clear commercial outcomes.

Core ResponsibilitiesOrganic Social Growth Strategy

  • Share ownership of
    organic social growth strategy
    across priority platforms:
  • Instagram and Facebook (Meta organic)
  • TikTok (short-form, native-first content)
  • LinkedIn (brand presence, credibility, and thought leadership)
  • Translate business positioning and product narrative into platform-specific strategies.
  • Ensure all activity ladders up to growth and pipeline goals, not vanity metrics.

Creative Direction & Content Strategy

  • Own the
    creative ideation and content strategy
    for organic social.
  • Define content pillars, recurring formats, and experimentation themes.
  • Proactively identify new angles, narratives, and formats based on performance signals.
  • Collaborate closely with:
  • Strategy and creative leadership
  • Video editor
  • Turn long-form ideas into high-performing short-form content adapted per platform.

Content Calendar & Planning

  • Build, own, and maintain a
    structured content calendar
    across platforms.
  • Balance:
  • Educational and narrative content
  • Product-led content
  • Positioning and thought leadership
  • Lead magnet and offer promotion
  • Ensure consistency, cadence, and alignment with broader campaigns and launches.

AI-Driven Content & Workflow Execution

  • Use generative AI tools as a
    core part of the content and execution workflow
    .
  • Leverage GenAI to:
  • Rapidly ideate hooks, angles, and content variations
  • Expand and remix long-form ideas into multiple short-form assets
  • Accelerate copy drafts while maintaining strong editorial judgment
  • Test creative directions efficiently and at scale
  • Apply taste, context, and brand judgment to all AI-assisted output.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve:
  • Speed of execution
  • Creative quality
  • Consistency at scale

This role requires mastery of AI as leverage, not reliance on raw outputs.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Actively manage comments, DMs, replies, and mentions across platforms.
  • Proactively engage users to create conversations, not just responses.
  • Identify high-intent users and qualitative signals.
  • Surface insights from the community back to the team.

Coordination With Paid Media

  • Work closely with the paid media owner to ensure:
  • Message alignment
  • Creative alignment
  • Funnel alignment
  • Share learnings from organic performance to inform paid creative and targeting.
  • This role does not execute paid ads, but must think holistically about distribution and conversion.

Funnel & Pipeline Orientation

  • Drive organic traffic toward:
  • Lead magnets
  • Email capture
  • Product entry points
  • Optimize bios, pinned posts, CTAs, and recurring content paths.
  • Think in terms of
    pipeline contribution
    , not just reach or engagement.

Performance Awareness & Iteration

  • Track and interpret:
  • Engagement quality
  • Click behavior
  • Traffic to owned properties
  • Use insights to refine content themes, formats, and cadence.
  • Clearly communicate what is working, what is not, and why.
