We are seeking a skilled and proactive Java Fullstack Engineer to manage and lead a team of offshore developers while ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong fullstack development expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of site reliability engineering principles to support production environments effectively.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Java JDK 17, Spring MVC 6, and Hibernate 6.
Experience with front-end technologies: Angular, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Working knowledge of Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of incident management and production support best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
