Role Description

University Consulting is an Australian-based Student Recruitment Consultancy expanding its footprint across Latin America. We represent and promote leading universities and colleges in Australia, the UK, Germany, USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and other global destinations.

As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Country Manager who can independently establish, manage, and scale our Mexico operations, while driving student recruitment and building strong B2B and B2C networks across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage day-to-day operations for University Consulting in Mexico
  • Lead business development, sales, and marketing initiatives across Mexico and LATAM
  • Build and expand B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and education agents
  • Develop strong collaborations across multiple Latin American countries
  • Recruit, train, and manage local team members as the business grows
  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and local channels)
  • Represent the company professionally at education fairs, partner meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or leadership roles within the overseas education sector (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the Mexico & Latin American overseas education market
  • Proven ability in sales, marketing, team leadership, and partnership development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of regional growth
