We are seekin

gner to join our growing Health Markets team in Mexico City. This is a foundational leadership role that will help establish our UX design presence locally, supporting development teams working on authoring tools and content workflows. The Lead UX Designer will manage a small team of designers while also contributing hands-on design

  • ners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support authoring tools used by internal content editors and Elsevier aut
  • hors.Drive user-centered design practices and ensure alignment with customer n
  • eeds.Conduct and oversee design research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluat
  • ions.Present case studies and design learnings to stakeholders to guide future proj
  • ects.Promote design best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innova
  • tion.Utilize design tools such as Figma to create prototypes and iterate on solut
  • ions.Integrate AI tools into the design process to enhance efficiency and creati

Require**

  • ments:6–8 years of experience in UX design, including senior-level
  • roles.Proven success leading design projects and mentoring junior desi
  • gners.Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating problem-solving and i
  • mpact.Experience designing web or mobile applications (not limited to e-comm
  • erce).Excellent communication, team-building, and interpersonal s
  • kills.Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping
  • tools.Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design wor
  • kflow.Desire and readiness to take on people management responsibil
  • ities.Experience working in collaborative teams with multiple desi
