Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end closing process and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and operational reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile assigned general accounts.
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and support the annual budget and business plan process.
• Review and analyze labor reports, material costs, manufacturing overhead, reporting variances to the Finance Manager.
• Support compliance with internal controls and assist in audits and internal reviews.
• Assist in coordinating and performing plant physical inventories.
• Identify potential accounting or operational risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Review spending and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies before approval.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, take ownership of assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
