*The Impact You'll Make*
Oversee and secure cost-effective logistics operations across the campus by implementing efficient budget management practices, monitoring expenditures, and driving process enhancements that reinforce both financial integrity and the pursuit of logistical excellence.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Manage and maintain the Premium Freight Authorization report, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and proper cost allocation.
  • Identify and attribute freight expenses per Business Unit for both Mexico and USA operations, ensuring compliance with financial and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses of shipping costs by priority level, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cost implications for shipping budgets, identifying trends, variances, and forecasting future expenditures.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance freight cost visibility, control, and alignment with organizational logistics excellence goals.

*What We're Looking For*

  • Bachelor Degree in Businees, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimun 2-3 years work experience in Finance or Logistics environment.
  • SAP system Experience.
  • English conversational is a must.
  • Problem Solving Analysis
  • Microsoft Office knoweledge is requiered
  • Professional Communication both Written & Verbal
