Como Technical Leader en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina. Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de: Diseñar e implementar algoritmos avanzados de optimización que resuelvan problemas reales de la operación de Mercado Libre. Plantear y ejecutar experimentos numéricos para validar hipótesis en entornos operativos. Traducir soluciones técnicas en productos de software robustos y sostenibles. Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, tecnología, machine learning y operaciones para implementar soluciones escalables. Participar activamente en la evolución continua de nuestro stack técnico. Diseñar e implementar algoritmos de optimización para integrar de forma inteligente el trabajo de humanos y robots en los centros de fulfillment de la empresa de e-commerce más grande de América Latina. ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Tener una sólida experiencia (idealmente 10+ años) en el desarrollo de soluciones algorítmicas en producción, preferentemente en entornos industriales o logísticos. Poseer un fuerte conocimiento en investigación operativa, optimización combinatoria y programación. Poseer la capacidad de trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios, conectarse a problemas reales y comunicar soluciones de forma clara.
