ASISTENTE DE CONSTRUCCION TABLAROQUERO

Objetivo:

Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de tablaroca y acabados, garantizando la conservación, funcionalidad y estética de las instalaciones hospitalarias, administrativas y de servicio. Actividades principales:

  • Reparación y sustitución de muros, plafones y elementos de tablaroca dañados por humedad, impacto o desgaste.
  • Aplicación de recubrimientos, pintura, selladores y acabados decorativos conforme a los estándares institucionales.
  • Nivelación, resane y alineación de superficies para asegurar acabados uniformes y seguros.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo en plafones, juntas, molduras y elementos estructurales ligeros.
  • Ejecución de remodelaciones en consultorios, oficinas, áreas comunes y quirófanos, respetando normas de higiene y seguridad.
  • Revisión periódica del estado físico de muros, plafones y recubrimientos para detectar oportunamente daños o filtraciones.
  • Apoyo en la adecuación de espacios nuevos o reconfiguración de áreas existentes (instalación de muros divisorios, plafones, puertas o marcos).
  • Coordinación con las áreas de electricidad, plomería y climatización para trabajos interdisciplinarios durante intervenciones.
