Internship Description:

An opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial and operational analysis within the Controllership area. The intern will work on projects related to KPI reporting, process optimization, and automation to enhance compliance processes for our stakeholders.

Challenges for the student:

  • Adapt to corporate tools and reporting standards.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Generate value through data analysis and process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply technology for automation and visualization of complex data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in compliance-related information.

Main responsibilities and activities:

  • Analyze financial and operational data, and processes to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support automation initiatives using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Document and improve quarterly reporting processes.
  • Assist in creating clear and impactful presentations for management stakeholders.

Specific requirements, technical and soft skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and implementation of data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of automation and process improvement.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Storytelling with data and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving orientation and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
