People supervision.Work process projects leader.Department projects leader.Control warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. As required. serve as back up for manager .
  2. Review of Metric and indicators .
  3. Represent the Department of Materials at the meetings with the areas that require.Proposal development to improve productivity .
  4. Improvement Project Development .
  5. Lead department improvements and projects .
  6. Suggests annual department objectives .
  7. High complexity task-projects .
  8. High performance expectation .
  9. Coordinates activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates .
  10. Negotiations within and outside the company, impacts the department or other areas .
  11. Mature-Senior employee supervision .
  12. Formal teams .
  13. Mentor training department.

Additional Functions:

  1. Applies judgment and creativity in the way they work .
  2. Occasionally negotiates changes with Head Managers .
  3. Needs judgement and creativity to make changes .
  4. People skills, teamwork, communication skills, may have external negotiations .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. MS Project or equivalent.
  2. Visio or equivalent.
  3. Minitab or equivalent.
  4. MRP and ERP Systems.
  5. Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
  6. FIFO, Kanban, JIT, Min-Max.
  7. Capacity Analysis and demand.
  8. Six Sigma, Lean Sigma or equivalent.
  9. Physical inventories and cycle counts.
  10. Advanced English level.
