About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to work directly with the leader of the Consumer Lending product, supporting daily operations, partner coordination, commercial tasks, data analysis, and general execution needs across the lending workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, work cross-functionally, grow exposure to fintech lending products, and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing at albo:

Daily Product Operations

• Support the daily operations of the lending product, helping resolve issues, follow up on tasks, and keep processes running efficiently.
• Collaborate with tech, risk, growth, marketing, data, finance, and customer support to coordinate actions and unblock small problems.
• Monitor basic KPIs such as funnel behavior, approvals, and daily performance trends.

Provider & Partner Coordination

• Act as the operational point of contact for partners in Europe, the U.S., and LATAM.
• Follow up on reconciliations, data validations, and commercial questions as needed.
• Communicate confidently in English (medium reading/writing and good conversational ability).

Data & Performance Analysis

• Support the analysis of product metrics and performance trends.
• Help prepare simple reports and insights for decision-making.
• Assist with data validation and basic troubleshooting.

Execution & Process Improvement

• Execute tasks with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Identify simple opportunities to streamline or organize workflows.

Cross-Functional Support

• Support in preparing small requirements, documenting issues, or reproducing simple bugs for engineering.
• Work with Growth/Marketing to stay aligned on campaigns and traffic expectations.
• Coordinate with Data to ensure metrics used by the product team are reliable.

About you and what type of skills you'll need:

• +2 years experience on Product roles.
• Experience crafting a product vision, execution strategy and client relationship.
• Awesome problem definition and product discovery skills.
• Medium level of English.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech is a plus, ideally with lending or credit products.
• Basic SQL, analytics or dashboard familiarity.
• Experience using AI tools, simple automations, or vibecoding.
• Comfortable working with partners from different countries and cultures.
• Curious, organized, and motivated to learn quickly.
