About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Executive Housekeeper
to lead the housekeeping operations of a luxury resort in Europe. The property features
214 accommodations
, including both hotel rooms and private residences, supported by a team of
94 colleagues (including laundry services)
. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest experience, and operational efficiency across all rooms and residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring impeccable standards throughout the property.
• Manage, train, and motivate a large multicultural team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate closely with the Rooms Division and other departments to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and health & safety protocols.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control measures within the housekeeping department.
• Ensure smooth operations for both hotel accommodations and residences, with a focus on luxury service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper
  in luxury properties.
• Strong background in
  resort operations
  , ideally in complex or spread-out properties.
• Demonstrated experience managing
  residences or serviced apartments
  in addition to hotel rooms.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
  (mandatory).
• EU passport holders strongly preferred
  ; work permits can be arranged (processing time 5–6 months).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
  €55,000 gross annually
• Housing Allowance:
  €12,000 annually
• Bonus:
  10% annual performance-based bonus
• Accommodation:
  One-bedroom apartment available for rent
• Tax Benefits:
  24% tax rate available for individuals who have not worked in the country in the last 5 years
