UPM Raflatac Mexico is looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain (level II) to join our team in Rosarito.

What you will do

  • IMMEX program Management- Ensure compliance of the inventory control and Annex 24

  • Daily Import/Export Operations (Definitive, Temporary)- Pedimentos handling and coordination.

  • Logistics Management with transport Companies for Border Crossing and brokerage coordination.

  • Generate foreign trade tax reports and all related obligations to the IMMEX program and its obligations.

  • Management of Virtual operations and maintaining its compliance in accordance with applicable law requirements.

  • Management of regime changes/regularizations as needed.

  • Inventory control and reconciliation

  • Integration and management of the VAT certification and Annex 30 obligations

Who you are

  • University degree with a relevant major or equivalent experience in foreign trade, IMMEX and maquilas.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Proactivity and leadership to develop projects and coordinate developments

  • Fluent in English.

  • Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
