The Finance Manager
is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control processes. This role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Finance Manager works closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Advanced English Level.
