  • Auditar los procedimientos, instrucciones, dibujos, cartas de ensambleGenerar reportes de hallazgos de las auditorias.
  • Mantener los archivos de hallazgos de las auditorias.
  • Revisar conjuntamente con los gerentes, supervisores de producción, ingenieros de manufactura y técnicos, los hallazgos de las auditorias para generar conclusiones y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Participar en las juntas de acciones correctivas.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
  • Realizar reportes de las auditorias de calidad
  • Llenar la información de cada construcción en el sistema GUIDE
  • Audit the procedures, instructions, drawings, process charts, and lineaments using an extended variety of inspection tests and measurements equipments.
  • Generate Defects reports as a result of the audits.
  • Maintain the Defects Reports.
  • Review in conjunction with managers, production managers, manufacturing engineers and technician, the audits findings to generate conclusions and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in the corrective actions meetings.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow up the corrective actions.
  • To do report of Quality Audits
  • Fill out build results on the GUIDE system

Realizar auditorias de proceso y producto de acuerdo al sistema de calidad.

Make process and product audits according to quality system.
