Job Purpose:
Administration, monitoring and development of processes during the product and process stages of Launch, Production and transfer to service.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Administration of product and process.
Product book administration (PFMEA, Control plans, Core Tools).
Structure of BOMs definition.
Product Part Numbers registration in QAD systems.
8Ds analysis and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
Customer failure analysis.
Reading and interpretation of engineering specifications, electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Develop plans to improve KEY operational metrics (Scrap, BTS, FTT, PPMs).
Participation and collaboration in kaizen improvement.
Complete assigned VECA/LPA audits on a timely manner
Carry out process engineering studies (R&R, cpk, dimensional studies and Strength gages).
Functional test, efficiency tools and poka yokes implementations.
QPS and process documentation design, improve and monitoring.
