SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience with at least one of the following core technologies--C#, JavaScript, or SQL--and is excited to expand their skill set. Familiarity with AI technologies (such as machine learning libraries, LLMs, or AI APIs) is a strong plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional team members
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
  • Support integration of AI-driven features or workflows (if applicable)
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Practical experience with C#, JavaScript, or SQL (at least one)
  • Basic understanding of software development principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, such as:
    • AI/ML concepts
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI)
    • Data processing or model integration
  • Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Coursework, personal projects, or internships related to software development or AI
